Micro-arc oxidation
Micro-arc oxidation, also known as micro-plasma oxidation, is a process where, through the combination of electrolyte and corresponding electrical parameters, a ceramic film layer mainly composed of the oxide of the base metal is grown on the surface of aluminum, magnesium, titanium and their alloys by the instantaneous high temperature and high pressure generated by arc discharge.

Metal wire drawing
Metal wire drawing is a surface treatment method that forms lines on the surface of the workpiece by grinding the product to achieve a decorative effect.

Burn blue
Firing blue involves filling the entire body with colored glaze and then firing it in a blast furnace at a temperature of approximately 800℃. The colored glaze melts from a sand-like solid into a liquid. After cooling, it becomes a brilliant colored glaze that adheres to the body. At this point, the colored glaze is lower than the height of the copper wire, so it needs to be filled with colored glaze again and then fired. Generally, this process is repeated four or five times until the pattern is filled to the same level as the filigree pattern.

Shot blasting
Shot peening is a cold working process that uses shot particles to bombard the surface of a workpiece and implant residual compressive stress to enhance the fatigue strength of the workpiece.

Sandblasting
Sandblasting is a process that uses the impact of high-speed sand flow to clean and roughen the surface of the substrate. That is, compressed air is used as power to form a high-speed jet beam to spray the abrasive (copper ore sand, quartz sand, emulated sand, iron sand, Hainan sand) at high speed onto the surface of the workpiece to be treated, causing changes in the appearance or shape of the outer surface of the workpiece.

Etching
Etching is a technique that removes materials through chemical reactions or physical impacts. The etching usually referred to is also called photochemical etching. It means that after exposure to make a plate and development, the protective film on the area to be etched is removed. During the etching process, it comes into contact with a chemical solution to achieve the effect of dissolution and corrosion, forming a concave-convex or hollowed-out shape effect.

Laser engraving
Laser engraving, also known as laser marking or laser carving, is a surface treatment process that uses optical principles. Permanent imprints are carved on the surface of materials or inside transparent materials using laser beams.

Electrical discharge machining
Electrical discharge machining (EDM) is a special processing method that uses the electrical erosion effect generated by pulsed discharge between two poles immersed in working fluid to remove conductive materials. It is also known as electrical discharge machining or electrical erosion machining, and is abbreviated as EDM in English. Tool electrodes commonly use materials with good electrical conductivity, high melting points and easy processing that are resistant to electrical erosion, such as copper, graphite, copper-tungsten alloys and molybdenum, etc. During the processing, the tool electrode also has wear, but it is less than the amount of erosion of the workpiece metal, or even close to no wear.

Laser bite is treated by reacting high-energy-density laser with the surface of steel to form snake skin/etching/pear-shaped or other forms of patterns.
