Features & Application
Fluorine-lined ball valves are a type of special valve made by coating the surface of metal valves (usually the ball, valve seat, and inner cavity of the valve body) with high-performance fluoroplastics (such as PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer), PFA (fusible polytetrafluoroethylene, etc.).
This structure perfectly combines the mechanical strength of metals and the outstanding chemical stability of fluoroplastics, enabling it to perform exceptionally well under harsh working conditions.
