Features & Application
The centerline butterfly valve is a type of valve with a simple structure and wide application. It plays an important role in many industrial, construction and municipal systems. Its core feature is that the axis of the valve stem and the center of the butterfly plate are located on the centerline of the valve body channel, and symmetrical soft seals (elastic valve seats) are usually adopted on both sides of the butterfly plate to achieve sealing.
The centerline butterfly valve, with its simple structure, low cost, light weight, small size, easy installation, low flow resistance, quick and easy operation, relatively easy maintenance, and excellent bidirectional sealing performance, has become one of the preferred valves in low-pressure, medium and low-temperature, and clean fluid (especially water) application fields.
