Features & Application
Core value: When you need to drive valves with large diameters, high pressure ratings, or those requiring significant operating torque (especially 90-degree rotary valves), and have strict requirements for the reliability, durability, and long service life of the equipment, the fork pneumatic actuator is an ideal choice.
Applicable valve types: Mainly applicable to valves that require 90-degree rotation operation, such as ball valves, butterfly valves, and plug valves.
Torque range: Particularly skilled at providing medium to very large output torque.
Comparison: Compared with rack and pinion pneumatic actuators, the fork type usually has greater torque, a more robust structure, and a longer service life, but it may be slightly larger in size and have a slightly higher cost. In critical applications that require maximum torque and the highest reliability, the fork type is often the preferred choice.
